Constant Crisis Committee- Collapse of the European Union(EU) and the return of the nationalist conflict in Europe.(Freeze Date: 17th January, 2028)

Description

The Constant Crisis Committee (CCC) is a crisis-based committee that places delegates in a continuously evolving geopolitical environment where decisions carry immediate and lasting consequences. Set on the agenda “Collapse of the European Union and the Return of Nationalist Conflict in Europe,” the committee explores a fractured continent defined by resurgent nationalism, competing strategic interests, and the breakdown of long-standing security frameworks.

Unlike traditional MUN committees, CCC demands continuity of thought and consistency of action. Delegates must respond to unfolding crises through speeches, directives, and strategic paperwork, with every decision shaping the course of conflict and its resolution. Discipline and foresight will be prioritized over impulsiveness, as military assets and economic leverage are finite and their misuse will carry consequences.

Delegates represent their countries and are responsible for lives, borders, and institutions. Effective leadership will be defined by clear objectives, coherent policy, and composure under pressure, making CCC one of the most demanding and immersive committees of the conference.

Kevin Trivedi

Letter from the Chair

Dear Delegates,

I am Kevin Trivedi, your chair for this Constant Crisis Committee. It is with a strong sense of responsibility that I welcome you to my committee. I will be serving as your Chair for action packed MUN with an agenda that demands strategic thinking, discipline, and an acute understanding of power, security, and the consequences of your actions. This committee is designed to test not only your knowledge, but your judgment under pressure.

As chair, I will make sure that each and earth delegate has been pushed to their limits, and truly learn and enjoy something. As a chair, I value Discipline, Innovation, and Rationality. And I will try my very best to instill a passion for these traits into you over the course of these two days. But don’t let my love for discipline overshadow my soft spot for fun. I can assure you that this committee will be anything but boring, be it through crisis or jokes. This committee will be very fast-paced. As a chair, I take it upon myself to make sure that every delegate is given a fair and equal chance to speak their mind and truly have a chance to shape the proceedings of the committee.

My mission as a chair is that each and every one of you, once you complete this MUN, should have learnt at least one thing which will shape you to be a better leader and a strong MUNer.

Reya Kutty

Letter from the Co-Chair

Dear Delegates,

It is my absolute pleasure to welcome you to JBCN Chembur MUN 2026. My name is Reya and I am honoured to be serving as your Co- Chair for CCC.

I remember walking into my first MUN, palms sweaty, as I reread my GSL for what felt like the hundredth time, while that first experience wasn’t perfect, it taught me a lot about confidence, preparation, and growth, and those lessons still shape how I approach MUN today.

As Co-chair, I aim to create a committee that is beginner friendly and inclusive.Whether it's your first MUN or one of many, my goal is to help you learn and grow as a delegate. At the same time, I promise a committee full of fun and measured chaos.

Beyond MUN, I enjoy speech and drama, debating and talking (a lot). I also love listening to music and reading murder mysteries, or honestly, anything that challenges me or makes me think.

I look forward to meeting each one of you and seeing how you tackle challenges, work together and put out your own unique ideas to the committee. I hope that this conference will be a fun and memorable experience for everyone!

Warmly,
Reya Kutty,
Co-Chair,
CCC( Constant Crisis Committee),
JBCN Chembur MUN 2026.
